On Monday it was Martin Luther King JR day, which makes me think shouldn't there be a Walter Payton day?  I think so!  Walter Payton has set history, and became an icon in many peoples lives, many reasons why NFL players out there now on all different teams started to play football was because of Walter Payton. Payton was a nine time pro bowl selectee, and entered into the pro football hall of fame in 1993. Walter Payton will be a Bears Angel on Sunday the 23rd watching over the Bears while we win against the Green Bay Packers during play offs, then off to the Super Bowl 2011.  The day after Payton past away, the Bears played the Packers, and they had a moment of silence at all NFL games for Payton, during the game Bears vs. Packers Bears had beat Green Bay on the last couple seconds of the game by a blocked feild goal by Bryan Robinson, leaving the team and the fan base believing that Payton was watching over them! (Chicago Bears History).

Heres a little video that the bears did before the superbowl in 1986, and SWEETNESS, is pretty sweet in this old time video!!!  ENJOY!

    Kidding of course. Good start. I'll be anxious to follow how the blog progresses. How will you keep your audience coming back? Certainly there are plenty of stories and lessons we can learn from him.
